As a Recruiting coordinator, I honed my skills beyond interview scheduling. I delved deeply into the entire recruitment process, including early careers, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives. It was a fulfilling experience to watch new hires succeed and know that I played a part in their journey.
My journey in talent acquisition began with an internship that proved to be a stepping stone to my career. Recruiting Intern at 21GRAMs: I gained valuable insight into the recruitment process through a student's eyes. By managing interview scheduling, attending internal and external meetings, and analyzing data metrics, I witnessed the crucial cross-communication that takes place between internal and external stakeholders.

During my tenure at Apple, I served as a College Support Advisor, and the experience proved invaluable. I learned to navigate complex technical systems and applications, manage human emotions and communications, and maintain composure in a fast-paced call environment. Through my efforts, I was able to anticipate and fulfill the needs of over 100 customers while maintaining a customer satisfaction rate above 90%.

As a Junior Communication and Marketing Intern, I enhanced and edited branding through the company website, maintain media posts on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to raise awareness to the company, and fulfill the company timeline.
